Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager in the United States to independently manage a sales territory, often remotely from Kestra offices. You will contact clinicians across settings, train staff, and support product service while helping with reimbursement processes.

The role emphasizes meeting sales targets, developing key accounts, and coordinating with Clinical Advisors and the Customer Care team to ensure seamless care delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Must meet credentialing for hospital system entry including vaccination, background check, drug screening, HIPAA training.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales and ongoing support of Kestra products.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and objectives.
• Grow and develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Manage sales cycle from introduction to product delivery.
• Build long-term partnerships from sales calls and manage the pipeline.
• Maintain records and sales data; adhere to confidentiality.
