Job summary

Kestra Medical Technologies Inc. seeks a Territory Manager in the United States to independently manage a sales area, including remote activities. You will secure new business, train, support product service, and assist in reimbursement within clinical settings.

The role requires 5+ years of medical device sales, 3+ years outside sales, and a Bachelor’s degree. Frequent travel and credentialing for hospital systems are required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of successful medical device sales experience.
• 3+ years of outside sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
• Must reside in the assigned territory.
• Ability to drive an automobile with a valid driver’s license and acceptable MVR.
• Strong business acumen and communication skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office (including Teams) and related tools.
• Post offer, must complete credentialing for hospital system entry including vaccination, background check, drug screening, and related policies.

Responsibilities

• Sell Kestra products and provide ongoing support to customers.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales targets and performance objectives.
• Develop trusted partner relationships with key accounts within the territory.
• Prepare quarterly Business Plans and present to Regional Sales Leadership.
• Manage budgeted expenses in line with Kestra policies.
• Coordinate patient interaction with Clinical Advisors and Customer Care.
• Provide feedback to internal stakeholders and support market strategies.
• Drive the sales cycle from introduction to product delivery and maintain the customer pipeline.
