Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate HCPs, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption across an assigned US territory.

This fully remote company aims to launch a breakthrough new class of medicine for hypertension and related comorbidities. The role requires 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of meeting sales goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state and clinical data.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
