Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to educate healthcare providers, build relationships, and drive product adoption within an assigned territory as we launch our first commercial product.

This fully remote role requires strong selling skills, excellent field execution, and the ability to travel up to 60% to meet launch milestones and territory goals. A Bachelor's degree and pharma/biotech sales experience are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals with strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity expectations, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting, and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans with data-driven, customer-focused actions.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and key decision-makers.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification clearly and credibly.
• Deliver engaging product presentations and address customer questions confidently.
