Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager for a fully remote US role to drive launch and growth of its first commercial product in an assigned territory. You will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and aim for strong sales performance while traveling up to 60% of the time.

The ideal candidate brings 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, launch experience, and proven ability to meet goals. Bachelor’s degree is required and travel is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and treatment guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and competitive activity to identify opportunities and course-correct as needed.
• Consistently deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans and translate data into customer-focused actions.
• Communicate clinical data, product value, access information, and patient identification clearly.
• Partner with customers to address barriers to patient access and support pull-through.
