Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics is a fully remote biopharmaceutical company launching its first product for hypertension. The Territory Manager will educate healthcare providers, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption while meeting sales targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy and launch priorities.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Maintain territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Deliver product presentations and address customer questions with credibility.
