Job summary

Mineralys Therapeutics, Inc. is a fully remote, clinical‑stage biopharmaceutical company focused on hypertension and related comorbidities.

The Territory Manager will educate HCPs, build trusted relationships, and drive product adoption in a launch‑driven role within an assigned US territory. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in pharma/biotech sales, with prior launch experience and a strong clinical acumen to communicate complex data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 3+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech sales experience preferred; other relevant sales experience considered.
• Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred.
• Prior launch experience preferred.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and building strong customer relationships.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information.
• Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a strong understanding of disease state, clinical data, and guidelines.
• Build and execute a territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives.
• Drive product adoption and compliant utilization among targeted healthcare providers.
• Analyze territory trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and course‑correct as needed.
• Deliver against sales goals, call activity, and launch milestones.
• Maintain accurate territory reporting and CRM documentation.
• Execute strategic call plans and communicate clinical data and product value clearly.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare providers, staff, and decision-makers.
