Job summary

Acadia Healthcare is seeking a motivated Territory Manager/Business Development Specialist to drive growth in the Fort Worth area from a remote location. You will cultivate relationships with healthcare providers, promote Acadia’s treatment network and coordinate referrals to appropriate levels of care.

In this role you will research prospects, expand market share, and execute quarterly and annual sales objectives while aligning with Acadia’s mission to improve lives through high-quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in sales/training.
• Experience in consultative sales in behavioral healthcare or related field preferred.
• Self-motivated with a proven sales track record and strong communication.
• Experience in acquiring new referents, soliciting new business, and closing opportunities.
• Proven cold calling, outbound sales, and CRM records management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand treatment network across designated territory.
• Build trust with healthcare professionals to place patients in appropriate care.
• Manage travel as needed, including quarterly out-of-state trips.
• Collaborate with treatment teams to coordinate patient referrals.
