Responsibilities

• Serve as a liaison for patients, families, and referral sources.
• Develop strategies to improve access and drive census growth.
• Build and sustain partnerships with referral sources and organizations.
• Pursue new referral opportunities to grow regional presence.
• Conduct presentations to promote Kolmac’s programs.
• Represent Kolmac at trade shows, events, and meetings.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth admissions.
• Maintain Salesforce data and monthly/annual reports.
• Educate community about Kolmac’s integrated behavioral health model.
