Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education, training, and work-related experience of 5+ years in Territory Manager or high-volume sales.
• 2+ years of work-related experience in P&C insurance operations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.
• Proven track record of meeting sales and new business targets.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to work in high-energy, dynamic, team-oriented environments.
• Willing to travel up to 50% (up to 3 nights per week) with company car and expenses card.
• Bilingual (Spanish & English) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve new business production, direct written premium, loss ratio goals, and KPIs annually by managing agents in an assigned territory.
• Schedule daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly activities to reach objectives.
• Solicit and evaluate new agencies and recommend appointments to VP of Business Development.
• Train agencies on First Acceptance products, processes, and technology.
• Recommend agencies for profit-sharing and incentive programs.
• Increase producing agents via relationship building and training.
• Performance manage team for underperformance or unprofitable results.
• Conduct agency visits to review production and profitability trends.
• Document visits and communications in Salesforce.
