Medtronic plc seeks an ENT Area Sales Manager to drive sales across hospitals, physicians, and clinics within a defined U.S. territory. This remote position requires residence within the territory and regular travel to accounts, supported by a valid driver’s license.

You will engage in face-to-face calls, manage sales plans, and coordinate with clinical teams to promote ENT solutions. Expect 50% overnight travel and the chance to contribute to a leading medtech portfolio.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices.
• Valid driver's license; willingness to travel up to 50% overnight.
• Preference for local candidates in Salt Lake City or the southern region.

Responsabilités

• Conduct face-to-face sales calls with physicians, nurses and other key purchase influencers in the territory to demonstrate, in-service and sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies products.
• Plan, strategize and execute sales calls to all relevant hospital departments and doctors’ offices in the territory.
• Execute Sales Action Plans and transport inventory using own vehicle.
• Travel to meetings inside and outside the territory and support clinical personnel as needed.
• Maintain and safeguard company property and inventory; report competitive activity to the Region Manager.
• Comply with the Medtronic Surgical Technologies Quality System and perform other duties as assigned.
