Location: Remote (USA). Reports to Regional Sales Director - GI. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and prior medical device sales experience, with a focus on building relationships with ENT physicians and hospital teams, delivering product demonstrations, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business is required.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in medical devices or pharmaceuticals.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and quotas within a defined territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and private practices specializing in otolaryngology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, procurement staff, and hospital administrators.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations to showcase product features, benefits, and value proposition.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the ENT product portfolio and competitive landscape.
• Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Attend medical conferences, trade shows, and continuing education events to expand knowledge and network.
• Manage expenses and adhere to budget guidelines.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities using a CRM system.
• Provide clinical support during procedures and assist with product implementation.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide comprehensive support to customers.
• Act as a liaison between the customer and the company, relaying feedback and market insights.
• Adhere to regulations and ethical guidelines for medical device sales.
