Job summary

PENTAX Medical is seeking a Territory Manager for the ENT product line. The role focuses on selling and promoting endoscopy devices, expanding the ENT territory, and developing new hospital and clinic accounts.

You will build relationships with key decision-makers, conduct product demonstrations, and support customers through implementation and training. Based in a remote-capable role, you will engage with healthcare professionals, attend conferences as needed, and collaborate with marketing,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business.
• Prior sales experience in medical devices or pharmaceuticals is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and quotas within a defined territory.
• Identify opportunities in hospitals, clinics, and private practices focusing on otolaryngology.
• Build relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses and administrators.
• Conduct presentations, product demos and clinical evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing and terms of sale.
• Provide product training and on-site support during procedures.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor market data.
