Job summary

Medtronic plc is seeking a Remote Clinical Specialist to support ENT therapies across a defined territory in the United States. This field-based role requires residence within the territory and travel to multiple accounts, with a valid driver’s license essential for the position.

The role focuses on surgical coverage, follow-up support, troubleshooting, and education. You will work to improve patient outcomes while collaborating with sales and clinical teams in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Represents Medtronic during surgical procedures with access to necessary equipment and products for case.
• Provides clinical support in surgeries, troubleshooting and follow ups in hospitals and clinics.
• Responds to technical inquiries from customers, patients, and colleagues.
• Maintains knowledge of competitive products.
• Educates and trains physicians, hospital personnel and office staff on our products and therapies.
• Assists management and Sales Training in education/training of new district employees.
• Complies with event reporting and documentation using Medtronic tools.
• Places orders with customer service and coordinates with materials management for POs.
• Manages inventory provided for case coverage.
• Contributes to quarterly goals at district/national level.
• Partners with sales reps to achieve business goals and documents quarterly activities.
• Visits accounts to replenish literature and maintain relationships with office staff.
• Uses mobile phone, IPAD and PC effectively.
• Manages personal expenses and budget effectively.
• Understands all quality policy/system items applicable.
• Follows all work/quality procedures to ensure compliance and high-quality work.
