Job summary

Medtronic is seeking an ENT Area Sales Manager to drive product sales across hospitals and physician offices in the assigned US territory. This remote role requires residency within the territory and frequent travel, including overnight stays, with a valid driver’s license and transportation of product inventory.

You will engage physicians, nurses, and clinicians face-to-face, execute sales plans, and support clinical teams in surgical environments.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent with 8+ years of experience, or an Associate’s with 6+ years, or a Bachelor’s with 4+ years.
• Relevant sales, clinical, or related experience in medical devices/healthcare/life sciences.
• Prefer local candidates in Salt Lake City or the southern region, with prior Medtronic experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell Medtronic Surgical Technologies ENT products to hospitals and physicians within the territory.
• Execute Sales Action Plans and manage inventory transport.
• Plan and conduct in-territory hospital visits and educate clinicians on products.
