Qualifications

• A bachelor's degree in biology, biomedical science or business is required.
• Prior sales experience, preferably in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales targets and quotas within a defined territory.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in hospitals and clinics.
• Develop and maintain relationships with ENT physicians, surgeons, nurses, and administrators.
• Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and clinical evaluations.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of sale.
• Provide product training and education to healthcare professionals.
• Attend medical conferences and trade shows to expand knowledge and network.
