Job summary

Solventum is seeking an Acera Senior Account Executive in San Francisco to lead surgical product sales, build partnerships with surgeons and OR teams, and drive adoption of Restrata and related products through case coverage and education.

You will manage a defined territory, meet revenue targets, develop business plans, forecast accurately, and coordinate with hospital departments while maintaining compliant and ethical selling practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher and 5+ years in medical device/pharma sales or 9+ years with HS diploma.
• Current, valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain partnerships with surgeons and OR teams while driving adoption of Restrata, our flagship biomaterial, through case coverage and education.
• Manage and grow sales of assigned products within a defined geographic territory with accountability for revenue and growth.
• Develop territory business plans including clinical education, customer engagement, forecasting, and inventory management.
