Job summary

Lumen is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new logo acquisition within a defined territory, focusing on telecom solutions and AI-ready connectivity. This desk-based role emphasizes leveraging CRM tools, prospecting, and collaboration with internal teams to close deals and grow brand presence.

You will mentor peers, maintain accurate Salesforce data, and participate in company training while meeting monthly quotas and expanding our customer footprint across the territory.

Qualifications

• 4+ years sales experience.
• Experience selling telecom solutions.
• Desk-based or inside/outside sales experience.
• History developing new accounts and opening new territories is a plus.
• Proficiency with Salesforce/CRM.
• Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills.
• Integrity and alignment with Lumen principles.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify new accounts via calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Meet monthly sales quotas and drive revenue growth.
• Deliver a compelling value proposition in consultative and transactional selling.
• Coordinate with internal resources to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
• Maintain accurate notes and account plans in Salesforce and provide activity reports.
• Mentor teammates and lead by example.
