Job summary

Lumen is seeking a self-driven sales professional to grow our AI-ready connectivity portfolio within a defined territory. This desk-based role focuses on new logo acquisition and expanding brand awareness, with limited field engagement and a strong emphasis on delivering value through consultative selling.

You will manage the full sales cycle, collaborate with internal teams, maintain accurate Salesforce records, and forecast monthly volumes.

Qualifications

• Up to 3+ years sales experience; results-oriented.
• Strong communication, written and presentation skills.
• Ability to build new relationships; highly motivated and ambitious.
• Coachable and able to take direction; customer-focused.
• Proficiency in MS Office and social media; Salesforce experience helpful.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting, selling and account management into assigned customers to meet monthly quotas.
• Prospect and qualify through calls, emails, social media, and campaigns.
• Prepare agendas for every customer call and conduct strong meetings.
• Provide timely quotes and follow up; navigate systems to support customers.
• Deliver value propositions via consultative and transactional selling.
• Maintain updated sales stages and notes in Salesforce; forecast monthly volume.
