Job summary

Lumen is seeking a results-driven sales professional to drive new business and raise brand awareness within a defined territory by selling the Lumen portfolio of products, services and solutions. This desk-based role features limited field engagement and focuses on new logo acquisition through supported sales motions.

You will prospect, qualify, conduct customer meetings, provide timely quotes, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain accurate Salesforce records.

Qualifications

• 3+ years sales experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to build new relationships and handle challenges.

Responsibilities

• Desk-based prospecting and selling to meet monthly quotas.
• Qualify leads via calls, emails, social media and campaigns.
• Prepare agendas for customer calls and conduct meetings.
• Provide timely quotes and follow up with customers.
• Coordinate with internal resources to deliver a great customer experience.
• Close sales and maintain Salesforce notes.
