Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Sales Account Manager to own territory growth in the Seattle area, prospect and close new business, and expand existing accounts. You will partner with our distribution network to deliver maximum value to end users while collaborating with internal teams to craft competitive solutions.

The role requires 3+ years in outside B2B sales, strong communication and presentation skills, and the ability to travel up to 30%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal oversight.
• Ethical, organized, and highly effective at managing time and priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within the territory.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners and end users.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies that drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams to deliver effective, competitive solutions.
• Establish legitimate sales forecasts within the assigned territory and analyze market position, profitability, and competitive impact.
