Job summary

Pregis is seeking a Sales Account Manager in Wisconsin’s Greater Milwaukee area to own territory growth by prospecting and closing new business, expanding existing accounts, and partnering with our distribution network to maximize value for end users.

The role requires field collaboration across operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams, with travel and a hands-on ability to assist with basic machine repairs when needed. Strong sales and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
• Proficiency in negotiating, communicating, and presenting to diverse audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify, qualify, and close new customer opportunities within the territory.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with channel partners and end users.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pricing, and profitability tracking.
• Ensure timely CRM updates and administrative tasks.
• Deliver presentations and value propositions to customers and partners.
