Job summary

Pregis is seeking an Account Manager for the Seattle area to drive territory growth by prospecting and closing new business while expanding existing accounts. You will partner with our distribution network to deliver maximum value to end users, blending strategic selling with relationship building and cross-functional collaboration.

In this remote-based role, you will manage end-to-end sales processes, forecast effectively, and present compelling value propositions.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of outside B2B sales experience with a proven track record of prospecting and closing new business.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with minimal need for oversight.

Responsibilities

• Own territory growth by prospecting and closing new business and expanding existing accounts.
• Partner with distribution network to deliver value to end users.
• Develop and execute winning sales strategies driving sustainable growth.
• Collaborate with operations, customer service, engineering, and product teams to deliver solutions.
• Establish legitimate sales forecasts and analyze market position and profitability.
• Ensure timely CRM updates and complete administrative tasks.
• Demonstrate willingness and basic mechanical aptitude to perform machine repairs when needed.
• Deliver compelling presentations and value propositions to customers and partners.
