Qualifications

• Experience in account management or outside sales within pharma or healthcare.
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills.
• Ability to learn pharmaceutical products and industry terminology.
• Willingness to travel for quarterly territory visits.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow an existing $1.5M book of business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providers and customers throughout the territory.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and prospective accounts.
• Balance approximately 70% account management and 30% business development activities.
• Serve as a trusted resource for customers regarding compounding pharmaceutical products and solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer support and account growth.
