Job summary

Heartflow is seeking a Territory Account Manager to represent our AI-driven cardiovascular diagnostics in a field-based role across the US. You will work with physicians to ensure successful adoption of Heartflow’s non-invasive technology, focusing on cCTA/FFRct pathways and different clinical stakeholders.

This role requires substantial travel (overnight) and a strong track record in sales or clinical program development.

Qualifications

• Requires 4-year degree with 5+ years of sales/clinical experience or 2-year degree with 7+ years experience.
• Degree in Science, Medical, Business, Marketing or Technical field preferred.
• Prior experience with medical devices, cardiology products or hospital software is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth and adoption of cCTA and FFRct pathways with strategic Heartflow accounts.
• Coordinate cross-functional team efforts for program deployment and account support.
• Educate referring physicians on Heartflow value and pathway benefits.
• Promote Heartflow and build advocacy among clinicians and hospital teams.
• Meet quota and drive cCTA growth and case volume in assigned accounts.
