Job summary

Home Group Limited is seeking a Tenancy Sustainment Coordinator to empower customers toward independence and better futures. You will coach individuals with alcohol or substance misuse needs while guiding them through our tenancy sustainment programme.

The role focuses on practical life skills, budgeting, and education pathways, with a temporary 5-month contract and hybrid working from Peterborough. DBS checks are required and support for flexibility is offered.

Qualifications

• Passion to support customers to live their best life with attention to detail.
• Energy and drive to help customers learn new skills and build confidence.
• Ability to work on your own initiative, stay calm under pressure and be resilient.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills; learner qualifications are nice to have but not essential.
• Ability to monitor progress and outcomes for customers and learners.

Responsibilities

• Support customers in joining college and budgeting activities.
• Help customers develop practical life skills and personal goals.
• Enable customers to sustain tenancies and independence.
• Build relationships with external agencies and signpost to services, education, training and employment.
• Monitor and record customer progress and wellbeing for commissioners.
