Qualifications

• Three years of tenancy support or similar experience required.
• Experience with unhoused individuals preferred.
• Strong writing, communication and organizational skills required.
• Proficiency with Windows, Word and Google Apps required.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate tenant lease-ups, documentation, and move-in requirements.
• Conduct and coordinate rental unit inspections at various stages.
• Serve as primary contact for landlords and tenants on housing matters.
• Collaborate with case management and landlords to support housing stability.
• Attend monthly landlord and service provider meetings.
• Manage transfers and accommodation requests with proper documentation.
• Respond to incidents, issue notices, and coordinate tenancy meetings.
• Support eviction prevention by coordinating with tenants, providers and legal counsel.
• Maintain accurate lease, sublease, income, and payment records.
• Coordinate maintenance requests and related expenses.
