Job summary

Change Grow Live is seeking a Recovery Coordinator to join the Intensive Support Team in Nottinghamshire. You will manage caseloads, coordinate multi-agency support, and work with housing and external partners to deliver holistic outcomes for service users.

The role requires knowledge of substance misuse, mental health awareness, and strong advocacy. Flexibility to work unsociable hours and drive is expected.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of substance misuse and mental health issues.
• Experience working with multiple agencies and partners.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of service users within Intensive Support.
• Support access to wrap-around services and ensure holistic care.
• Work with core housing and external partners to coordinate support.
• Develop and monitor service user plans and risk.
• Provide guidance on substance/alcohol use using motivational interviewing.
