Job summary

UPHoldings seeks a Tenant Support Manager to drive tenant engagement and service delivery within Permanent Supportive Housing projects. You will coordinate with property managers, service providers, and community partners to ensure housing stability and access to community resources.

This role requires strong communication, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years in direct service, community outreach, or supportive service delivery.
• Background in supportive housing, social services, or community-based programming a plus.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and ability to travel between work locations.

Responsibilities

• Tenant Support & Service Engagement and outreach to ensure leasing needs are met.
• Advocate for tenants to connect with service providers and engage with programs.
