Job summary

The role can be remote or in-office and supports adjudication across CT, DC, DE, MD, and VT, with overtime as needed and no visa sponsorship.

This position requires five years of WC claims experience, a bachelor's degree, and CT/DE/VT licenses.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years' experience adjudicating workers' compensation claims.
• Bachelor's degree required; substitutions with designations/experience possible.
• License required in CT, DE, VT.
• Fluent in English (read/write).
• Strong analytical, negotiation and customer-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Adjudicate high-technical workers' compensation claims under supervision.
• Investigate claims promptly and thoroughly.
• Analyze forms, policies, endorsements, and records to determine coverage.
• Prepare reports for file documentation and case resolution.
• Negotiate settlements and manage diary/tasks to optimize outcomes.
