Job summary

Fuze Health Inc. is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our remote telehealth care team. You will provide remote outreach to Medicare members, ensure Stars measure compliance, and confirm ED discharge outcomes while delivering compassionate virtual care.

Role includes telehealth patient care, virtual assessments, and accurate medical documentation. Requires BSN and active RN license with 2+ years RN experience, plus strong EMR skills and customer service mindset.

Qualifications

• BSN degree and active RN license required.
• 2+ years RN experience; remote/telehealth preferred.
• 1–2 years remote healthcare experience recommended.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Visa sponsorship is not available at this time.

Responsibilities

• Telehealth patient care via remote platforms.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments and review medical histories.
• Accurately document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications, and self-care.
• Collaborate with other providers to implement care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy adherence.
• Engage in ongoing education on telehealth protocols and best practices.
