The role focuses on confirming ED discharge outcomes and delivering high-quality virtual care while maintaining patient privacy and accurate documentation. A BSN and active RN license are required, with 2+ years of RN experience and 1-2 years in remote or telehealth settings.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing and current licensure in the US.
• 2+ years of nursing experience as an RN.
• 1-2 years in remote healthcare or telehealth settings.

Responsabilités

• Provide remote telehealth patient care.
• Conduct virtual patient assessments and review histories.
• Document patient conditions, histories and interactions accurately.
• Educate patients and families on conditions, medications and self care.
• Collaborate with other providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy adherence.
• Engage in ongoing education for telehealth best practices.
• Demonstrate compassionate, professional communication with patients.
