Fuze Health Inc. is seeking a Registered Nurse to support telehealth care for Medicare members, focusing on Stars measure compliance and ED discharge follow-up. The role emphasizes compassionate, high-quality virtual care and close collaboration with care teams.

The position operates Monday–Friday 12:30pm–9pm and Saturday 9am–5:30pm EST, with remote work in the United States. Eligible candidates must hold a BSN and an active RN license, with 2+ years of RN experience and telehealth exposure.

Qualifications

• BSN degree from an accredited program.
• Active, non-restricted RN license in the US (compact preferred).
• 2+ years of RN experience.
• 1–2 years remote/telehealth experience.
• Strong computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Startup experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote patient care via telehealth platforms.
• Conduct virtual assessments and review medical histories.
• Accurately document patient conditions and care interactions.
• Educate patients and families on conditions and medications.
• Collaborate with providers to develop care plans.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and privacy standards.
