Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote mental health therapists (LPC) to provide telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Build a flexible private practice with referrals, malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and strong clinical support.

Therapists deliver evidence-based psychotherapy (CBT, UP) and may opt into Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP tracks. Minimum 9 hours/week across 2 days, with steady caseloads and remote flexibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LPC)
• 2+ years of CBT and related therapies with adults
• Experience delivering telehealth
• Comfort treating diverse populations
• Tech-friendly and open to digital tools in care
• Minimum availability: 9 hours/week across at least 2 days

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth sessions to individuals
• Apply CBT, UP, ACT, DBT; EMDR welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress
