Job summary

Brightside Health is hiring licensed Remote Mental Health Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, etc.) to deliver telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. Enjoy a 100% remote private practice with referrals, free CEUs, malpractice coverage and strong clinical support.

86% of patients improve within 12 weeks; join specialized tracks like Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy, and IOP. Minimum availability is 9 hours per week across at least 2 days.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; ACT, DBT, and EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Opt into specialized programs such as Suicide Prevention, Teen Therapy and IOP if desired.
