Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed remote mental health therapists (LPC etc.) to deliver telehealth therapy through a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role. Providers will manage a flexible caseload with built-in clinical community and operational support, including billing and credentialing handled by Brightside.

You will conduct weekly telehealth sessions, use evidence-based therapies (CBT, UP, ACT, DBT, EMDR), and track progress with digital assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work required.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD) required.
• Minimum 2+ years CBT/evidence-based therapy experience with adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy required.
• Tech-enabled and comfortable with digital tools in care delivery.
• Commitment to a minimum of 9 hours availability per week across 2+ days.
• Multi-state licensure is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; welcome ACT, DBT, EMDR as appropriate.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
