Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists to provide remote telehealth services as 1099 contractors. The role offers flexibility, a built-in clinical community, and administrative support for billing and credentialing.

Therapists will deliver weekly video therapy, use CBT and other evidence-based approaches, and track progress with digital assessments. This remote position supports diverse adult populations with a strong clinical team and AI-enabled documentation tools.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Tech-comfortable and open to digital tools in care delivery.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.
• Experience with higher-acuity populations and/or adolescents preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
