Job summary

Brightside Health is seeking licensed mental health therapists for 100% remote telehealth as 1099 contractors. Deliver CBT-based care with flexible scheduling and a steady referral flow, while receiving malpractice coverage, free CEUs, and admin support.

You'll work with LPCs and other licensed clinicians to provide evidence-based therapy to adults, with 9+ hours weekly availability. Compensation is hourly and state-dependent, with support from AI-powered EMR and HIPAA-compliant workflows.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Experience with telehealth or online therapy.
• Comfortable treating diverse populations across behavioral health conditions.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 9 hours of availability per week across at least 2 days.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals across a range of behavioral health conditions.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol (UP); additional modalities such as ACT, DBT, and EMDR are welcomed
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care
