Brightside Health is hiring licensed remote Mental Health Therapists (LPC and other licenses) to deliver high-quality telehealth therapy across our general program. Join a 100% remote, 1099 contractor role with strong clinical support and flexible scheduling.

Qualificações

Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD)
2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults
Experience with telehealth or online therapy
Multi-state licensure a strong plus

Responsabilidades

Deliver weekly telehealth (video-based) therapy sessions to individuals.
Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and the Unified Protocol; additional modalities welcomed (ACT, DBT, EMDR).
Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
Maintain documentation using an AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
