Job summary

Brightside Health is recruiting licensed remote mental health therapists to provide weekly telehealth therapy as 1099 contractors. You will deliver CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults, with a flexible 9-hour minimum availability and support from a tech-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.

We cover billing, credentialing, insurance, and onboarding, plus free CEUs, malpractice coverage, and steady referrals to help you build a private practice with work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Psychology, Counseling, or Social Work.
• Active independent license (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPC, LCPC, LICSW, LISW, PsyD, PhD).
• 2+ years experience delivering CBT and other evidence-based therapies to adults.
• Telehealth or online therapy experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver weekly telehealth therapy sessions to individuals.
• Apply evidence-based approaches including CBT and UP; ACT/DBT/EMDR welcomed.
• Use measurement-based care to track progress via digital assessments.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists and fellow therapists for integrated care.
• Maintain documentation using AI-enabled, HIPAA-compliant EMR.
