Sailor Health, Inc. is seeking licensed therapists to join our fully remote, fee-for-service practice serving older adults nationwide. You’ll be supported by care navigators and a clinical lead, with no marketing or referrals chasing.

Choose a schedule that fits you—7 days a week, part-time (15 hours) or full-time (25+ hours) with 1099 or W2 options. We provide AI documentation tools, an EMR, and ongoing clinical consultation to help you grow.

Formación

• Active, independent clinical license in social work or counseling fields
• Licensed in Virginia
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience with older adults or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfort with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

Responsabilidades

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient
• Work independently within a supportive care team
• Manage documentation using EMR and AI tools
• Participate in regular paid case consultations
