Job summary

Sailor Health is a nationwide teletherapy provider offering mental health services to older adults from the comfort of home. Therapists receive administrative support and a partner-led clinical team to help grow a thriving caseload with flexible, fee-for-service arrangements.

Positions available part-time and full-time for licensed clinicians (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC) across all states. Expect scalable scheduling, mentorship, and resources like AI-assisted documentation to focus on patient care.

Qualifications

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent.
• Licensed in Washington

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations
