Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years of experience in an office environment preferred.
• 1 year of similar, relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Address client, patient and provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence.
• Coordinate and schedule X-ray appointments.
• Perform data entry and verification of details in the system for timely order submission.
• Provide quality telephonic and email customer service including inbound and outbound messages.
• Receive and respond to daily emails and correspondence.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems outside standard processes.
• Participate in ongoing internal training and learning for updates.
