CorVel Corporation is seeking a Telephonic Case Manager to coordinate resources and develop cost-effective, personalized care plans for ill or injured individuals. The role emphasizes clinical assessment, communication with treating physicians, and clear explanations to patients, families, and adjusters.

This is a remote role with essential responsibilities to assess and optimize treatment plans, coordinate care, and ensure timely progress reporting within productivity standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required; RN licensure in state of operation.
• URAC Case Management certification needed within 3 years of hire if not already held.
• BSN preferred; Nursing background strongly favored.

Responsabilidades

• Provide medical case management through coordination with patient, physician, care team and employer.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient progress and adjust as needed.
• Evaluate treatment plan for medical necessity and cost effectiveness.
• Discuss treatment plans with physicians and other providers; recommend alternatives when appropriate.
• Coordinate delivery of services and equipment; negotiate care delivery.
• Prepare organized reports within specified timeframes; meet productivity standards.
