The role includes guiding daily team activities, ensuring adherence to guidelines, and maintaining high-quality service in a fast-paced environment.

The position operates Monday–Friday with a 1:00 PM–9:30 PM EST shift, focusing on escalation handling, process improvement, and cross-functional collaboration to support telehealth workflows

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3 years of experience in medical data entry and processing preferred.
• Ability to work remotely with disciplined time management.

Responsabilidades

• Address client, patient, and provider inquiries via email, fax, telephonic, or written correspondence.
• Provide data entry and verification for timely order submission.
• Provide quality telephonic and email customer service.
• Identify, analyze, and solve problems outside of standard processes.
• Assist in leading and/or managing team.
• Monitor work queue status and recommend action plans to improve management.
