Job summary

New Season is seeking a Telecounselor I to provide HIPAA-compliant video counseling across the United States. The role supports patients through counseling, treatment planning, and care coordination with a multidisciplinary team.

Remote work may be eligible, with clinic-based scheduling as needed. Applicants should hold a Master’s in a Human Services field; a valid LMHC/LCSW/LMFT or active intern status with licensure within 90 days is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Human Services or related field.
• Active counseling licensure preferred (LMHC/LCSW/LMFT) or enrolled intern with 90‑day licensure plan.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling via HIPAA compliant video platform.
• Educate patients on treatment and recovery steps.
• Maintain 50% direct patient contact monthly.
• Complete intake, progress notes, and assessments on time.
• Ensure HIPAA and 42 CFR compliance.
• Coordinate urine drug screens and scheduling.
