Job summary

New Season Treatment Centers is seeking a Telecounselor Associate to provide individual counseling to patients across our clinics via a HIPAA-compliant video platform. You will work with a multidisciplinary team and contribute to comprehensive care for individuals living with OUD.

Remote work is possible at the discretion of leadership; candidates must have a Master's in a Human Services field and Florida RMHCI under supervision, with ability to obtain licensure within 2 years.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a human services field is required.
• Florida RMHCI under active supervision with licensure plan.
• At least 1 year of counseling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conducts individual counseling via HIPAA video platform.
• Educates patients on treatment options and recovery steps.
• Maintains at least 50% direct patient contact hours monthly.
• Completes screening, psychosocials, DAP notes, and treatment plans on time.
• Assists with intake, admission, discharge and transfer paperwork.
• Documents progress and maintains compliant records in EHR.
• Ensures policy compliance and readiness for surveys/inspections.
• Maintains communications with clinic leadership and support staff.
