Job summary

New Season is seeking licensed telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling via a HIPAA-compliant video platform for patients across the United States. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and be responsible for completing all patient and program-related documentation in the electronic health record.

Telecounselors may work remotely per program leadership and must meet the company telecommuting policy and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field.
• Licensed in counseling (LCSW, LMFT, LMHC or equivalent) in the state of practice.
• Experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group, and telecounseling.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual and group counseling via synchronous video.
• Educates patients on treatment and recovery steps.
• Completes required clinical documentation within timelines.
• Maintains compliance with policy and confidentiality regulations.
