Job summary

New Season is seeking a Telecounselor I to deliver individual counseling via HIPAA-compliant video for patients across the United States. Telecounselors may work remotely with schedules aligned to clinic needs, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient recovery.

The position requires a Master’s degree in a Human Services field and licensure (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT) or active Intern status with licensure expected within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field is required.
• Licensure as LMHC, LCSW, LMFT or equivalent preferred with 1 year at current license level; interns may be considered with licensure within 90 days of hire.
• Knowledge of telecounseling practices and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual counseling via synchronous video platform.
• Educate patients on treatment and recovery steps.
• Maintain 50% direct patient contact hours monthly.
