Job summary

New Season is seeking Telecounselors to provide individual and group counseling through a HIPAA-compliant video platform for patients across the United States. Remote work may be arranged at leadership's discretion, subject to policy and performance standards.

The role requires collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, completing comprehensive clinical documentation, and maintaining compliance with confidentiality and licensure requirements.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a Human Services related field.
• Independent licensure (LMHC/LMFT/ LCSW) in Florida as required.
• Experience in substance abuse, Intensive Outpatient, Group and telecounseling.

Responsibilities

• Performs individual and group counseling via synchronous video communication.
• Educates patients on treatment, health issues and steps to recovery.
• Completes telecounseling documentation within required timeframes.
• Maintains compliance with policy, state and federal regulations.
• Coordinates patient intake, discharge, and transfer paperwork.
• Ensures proper documentation in electronic health records and other systems.
